| directions | | Cook rice. Cut meat in strips and coat in paprika. Let stand while preparing other ingredients. Brown meat in butter, add garlic and broth. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in onions and green peppers. Cook 5 minutes more. Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce. Stir until thickened. Add tomatoes and serve over hot beds of rice. |
