| directions | | Combine flour, brown sugar, butter and nuts (if desired). Bake in shallow pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 crumbs in 13x9 pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed about 10 minutes, or until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, whip cream. Fold in with wooden spoon. Spoon mixture over crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top. Freeze 6 hours. |
