| directions | | Brown pork chops in shortening. Add bouillon, boiling water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, pineapple, green bell pepper, and onion. Cover and simmer for one hour. Remove chops to another dish. Combine cornstarch and water. Stir into cooking liquid. Cook stiring constantly until thick and clear. put pork back in and stir. |
