| 2 1/4 | teaspoons | yeast | | 1 | cup | water, luke warm | | 1 | tablespoon | sugar | | 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | | 2 | tablespoons | oil | | 2 1/2 | cups | flour |
| directions | Dissolve yeast in luke warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rise 5 minutes. Spread dough on one jelly roll pan (13 x 18") or two 12" round pizza pans.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes. |
