6  cups  whole wheat flour
5  cups  hot tap water
2/3  cup  cooking oil
2/3  cup  honey
2  tablespoons  salt

directions
Mix wheat flour and hot water. Add oil, honey, and salt. Mix together and set aside while dissolving 2 Tbsp yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Stir all together. Add about 6 or more cups of white flour and mix with hands until you have a medium stiff dough. Set aside in greased bowl to double in bulk.

Grease hands and knead and shape dough into 4 loaves. Let rise in loaf pan just to top of pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, or until done.
