| 6 | cups | whole wheat flour | | 5 | cups | hot tap water | | 2/3 | cup | cooking oil | | 2/3 | cup | honey | | 2 | tablespoons | salt |
| directions | Mix wheat flour and hot water. Add oil, honey, and salt. Mix together and set aside while dissolving 2 Tbsp yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Stir all together. Add about 6 or more cups of white flour and mix with hands until you have a medium stiff dough. Set aside in greased bowl to double in bulk.
Grease hands and knead and shape dough into 4 loaves. Let rise in loaf pan just to top of pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, or until done. |
