| 2 | cups | water | | 1/4 | cup | sugar | | 1 | tablespoon | oil | | 2 | teaspoon | salt | | 6 | cups | flour | | 2 1/4 | teaspoons | instant yeast |
| directions | Mix ingredients together; knead for 10 minutes. Let rise until double. Punch down and form into loaves. Let rise again until it reaches the top of the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30
minutes
Note: You can double this recipe and it works great, but if you want to triple it, use 6 3/4 cups water instead of just 6 cups. |
