| directions | Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt butter on jelly roll pan in oven until bubbly. Beat remaining ingredients at least 5 minutes in a bowl or blender. Swirl melted butter around in jelly roll pan until the whole pan is coated, then pour excess melted butter into the egg mixture. Beat well. Pour the egg mixture into the jelly roll pan.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes. |
