| directions | Blend together sugar, oil, vanilla, nuts, eggs, shredded (raw and unpeeled) zucchini. Add together with remaining ingredients. Pour into bread pans and bake in 350 oven for 50 to 60 minutes. If you want to double recipe, double everything except cloves. Use (31/2 tsp.).
Bread is done when a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. |
