| directions | 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp lemon juice makes sour milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Shred zucchini.
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake in 325 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
This cake needs no frosting. You could sprinkle powdered sugar on top, but is good without anything. |
