| directions | If you want raisins, boil in pan of water, add drained raisins to dough.
Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil, sugar, salt, eggs and flour. Let raise until double in bulk.
Roll out on counter, spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Roll up. Do not cut like you would for cinnamon rolls. Break off for a loaf of bread and put in bread pan. The rest of rolled up dough cut into cinnamon rolls. Let all raise until double and bake in 375 oven for about 20 minutes for rolls and about 30 to 40 minutes for bread. Remove from oven and let cool on bread board on counter. When cool, slice and enjoy!!! |
