| directions | In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, sugar and salt. Blend in 2 eggs and oil. Add flour stir until mixed. Add more flour if needed to make a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes or until smooth. Roll dough into rope pieces measuring 1/2 inch rounds and cut in to 16 lengths. Form into a pretzel shape.
Grease baking sheet and place pretzels on it. Brush pretzels with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt or cinnamon sugar. Bake 425 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. |
